Welcome to Legacy Turf Solutions LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our artificial turf cleaning services and website. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Provided
Legacy Turf Solutions provides professional artificial turf maintenance, including power brooming, pet odor removal, sanitization, and infill restoration. Service details are provided in your specific quote and package selection.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Estimates provided via text or email are based on customer-provided photos and information. We reserve the right to adjust final pricing if the actual condition, size, or complexity of the turf significantly differs from the information provided during the quote process.
3. Access and Preparation
Customers must provide clear access to the service area, including unlocking gates and ensuring an outdoor water source is available. We ask that customers clear the turf of toys, furniture, and large debris prior to our arrival to ensure a thorough clean.
4. Payment and Cancellations
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in a non-refundable deposit requirement for future bookings.
5. Liability and Warranties
While our process is designed to be thorough and safe, Legacy Turf Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage to turf, such as loose seams, melting, or UV degradation. We do not guarantee 100% removal of permanent stains or odors that have penetrated the sub-base.
6. Photographic Documentation
We take "before and after" photos for quality control and documentation. These photos will not be used for marketing or social media without your separate and express consent, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
7. Maintenance Recommendations
For optimal results, especially in pet areas, we recommend professional cleaning at least quarterly. We offer discounts for scheduled maintenance plans as described in our service packages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from our services will be settled in the courts of El Paso, Texas.
9. Revisions to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
